Discrete Interpolation Surface
离散插值曲面

Scattered interpolation plays an important role in practical applications. In this paper, a method to construct a surface with point interpolation and normal interpolation is presented. An algorithm to construct the discrete interpolation is also presented, which has O(Nlog N) time complexity, where N is the number of scattered points.
