The Design of Linear Seavomechanism for Time-Delay Systems Via Walsh Series

In this paper,an effective approach to design the linear servomechanism of multivariable time-variant systems with time-delay in state and control is presented. By using Walsh series,the algorithm for optimal control is proposed. This algorithm is simple and convenient for industrial processes.
