Structure Characteristics of Noncontrollable and Nonobservable Network
不可控和不可观的网络结构特征

This paper proposes a method to differentiate accurately the noncontrollability and nonobservability of a network only by observing if there exists reducible or zero-state structure in the network, which avoids the setting up of state equation. The main argument is proved by topological method.
