FACTORS IN THE DESIGN OF DELAY LINE CONTROLLERS FOR CONTINUOUS FEEDBACK CONTROL SYSTEMS
在连續控制系統中应用时滞元件滤波器作为校正装置的几个必要条件

The use of the delay line filter as a correcting device for automatic control systems requires fulfilment of certain necessary conditions. Otherwise, the automatic control system will be unstable, or will be so after a minute variation of the system parameters. In this paper these conditions are formulated. It is also pointed out that in some works, these necessary conditions are not satisfied, hence, some of the conclusions of these works require further investigations.
