APPLICATION OF HAMMING NEURAL NETWORK TO R&D PROJECT TERMINATION DECISION
基于Hamming神经网络的R&D项目中止决策方法

An improved Hamming neural network is presented in the paper. Furthermore, the authors explore the possibility of the Hamming neural network to identify attributes of an ongoing R&D project. This study attempts to develop a method to make decisions on R&D project termination in an effective manner. Finally, the validity of the proposed method is verified by an example.
