The Normality of a Matrix and its Degree of Diagonal Dominance
矩阵正规程度的度量与矩阵的对角优势度

By using the statistical method, this paper analyses the relationship between some major indeces used to measure the normality of a matrix, and the relationship between these indices and the deviation of eigenvalues. Moreover, the relationship between the degree of diagonal dominance and the indeces mentioned above and the deviation of eigenvalues are discussed. A series of empirical formulae are given.
