Region-Running Encoding for Binary Image and its Complexity Analysis
二值图像的区域游动编码及其复杂性分析

In this paper, a new representation and encoding method for binary image is presented. The region representation feature can be maintained with this approach, while the data can be efficiently compressed. Furthermore, the space complexity and time complexity of this data structure are analyzed at the end of the paper.
