N-step On-line Supervisory Control of Discrete Event Systems

Abstract:
A N step on line supervisory control method for discrete event systems is proposed.This method is characterized by calculating the next control action on the basis of a N step projection of the behavior and achieving optimal supervisory control without calculating the supremal controllable sublanguage.Some theoretic problems about this method are also discussed.
