THE ECOLOGICAL DISTRIBUTION OF DIFFERENT BACTERIAL PHYSIOLOGICAL GROUPS IN SEVERAL FOREST SOILS IN THE TIANTAI MOUNTAIN
|
Abstract:
The ecological distribution of different bacterial physiological groups in several forest soils in the Tiantai mountain was investigated. The results indicate that the distribution patterns of various physiological groups of soil bacteria in several forest soils were quite different, depending on the site condition, soil nutrition and soil water-heat condition. The proportion of aerobic cellulose- dicomposing bacteria, aerobic nitrogen-fixing bacteria, ammoniation bacteria, organic phosphorus-decomposing bacteria, inorganic phosphorus- decomposing bacteria to the amount of various physiological groups of soil bacteria are bigger, being the dominant physiological groups in each soil. The similar sequence of the composition of the bacterial physiological groups in each soil with the Rhododendron fortunei soil is bamboo forest soil > Chamaecyparis pisifera forest soil > Pseudolarix amabilis forest soil > Tea plantation forest soil > Pinus taiwanensis forest soil > Cryptomeria fortunei forest soil > Heptacodium miconioides forest siol.
