The Latest Development of Model Based Fault Diagnostics Technique of Control Systems

The state-of-the-art of model based fault diagnostics technique in the past three years is reviewed. The latest achievements in nine aspects and eleven new applications in this field are introduced. Some problemes worthy for further study in this field are presented.
