On the Interpretations for the Solutions of Differential Equations with Singular Coefficients

In this paper, the problem of the solutions for differential equations with singular coefficients is considered, and some improvement for the related works in Cobb (1982) and Campbell (1982) is obtained via singularly perturbed systems theory.
