The status analysis of bidding and auction land in Hangzhou
杭州市土地招标拍卖状况定量分析

A case study of Hangzhou bidding and auction land reported in this article, "SPSS for Windows" is applied, to analysis from four aspects: all value land price capital calculation, house and land price proportion, land size and price, story price and rising space, the results lead reasonably realty exploit development.
