Study on assessment method of development level of mechanization farming and application in Zhejiang Province

Based on analysis of assessment method of development level of agricultural mechanization, assessment index system of development level of agricultural mechanization was set up according to actual development situation in Zhejiang Province. Then, the standard value of evaluation indexes was determined in term of some references, and the weight of every evaluation index was defined by means of Delphi method. Finally, the development level of agricultural mechanization was calculated with statistics of agricultural mechanization from 1993 to 2003 in Zhejiang Province, and the comprehensive assessment results were in accord with actual development situation in Zhejiang Province, and which provided scientific basis for promoting the development of agricultural mechanization.
