Germplasm cryopreservation of Dendrobium candidum by vitrification .

Abstract:
Cryopreservation of protoplasts and protocorms of Dendrobium candidum by vitrification were studied, their survival rates were 48% and 88% respectively . The results showed that material, pretreatment and some other factors were very important for survival.
