Studies on the characteristics of xylanase

Abstract:
he characteristics of the xylanase from Trichoderma reesei strainGXC were studied. The results showed that the optimal temperature was 55 ℃and pH 5.3 respectively , the range of pH stability was wide ,the enzyme was stable below 40 ℃. Cu2+ ,Zn2+,Fe2+and Fe3+ had inhibitory effect on the enzyme activity, but Co2+ and Mn2+ could stimulate the activity. Vmax was 526 μmol / (min·mg) , Km was 3.42 mg/mL.
