Analyzing the Functions of CCP in Universities in Building Harmonious Campus: A Perspective Based on the Modern University System

The task of building harmonious campus has to be carried out in an environment in which there exist the complication of the interests structure in and outside universities,the disharmony in which administrative power and academic power coexist,and the ideological and cultural diversity. Thus,as the modern university system requires,CCP should play its role in balancing the interests of those concerned in and outside universities,building an appropriate structure of the coexistence of administrative power and academic power,and creating a free atmosphere for cultural development by absorbing anything valuable from various sources.
