On the Principle of Administrative Openness in the Administrative Procedure Law

Administrative openness is a basic principle of administrative procedure law. The present thesis is a fundamental research on adininistrative openness principle. It analyzes its concept， characteristics and law significance， and brings to light the social background of establishment administrative openness principle， and discusses the basic content of administrative openness principle as well as the law system of adininistrative procedure that it supports.
