On a Business Management Model Fitted to the Characteristics of Chinese Managerial Culture

Abstract:
Following the idea that managerial culture can be measured and compared, the paper uses Hofstede's 4-dimension cultural model to compare China's, the United States's, Japan's and Germany's managerial culture to see their managerial model implication, and then comes to the conclusion that managerial model must be adapted to managerial culture. At the end of the paper, the author elaborates on his opinion on a Chinese managerial model.
