The present paper seeks to explore the positive effects of opening insurance market,analyses the factors restricting the opening and development of Chinas's insurance market arising from the work during the preliminary stage of opening insurance market,and puts forward some constructive measures of “three steps and two aspects”for the further opening as well as sticking to “four principles”in introduction of foreign insruance companies.
