|
Abstract:
This paper attempted to link organizational error management climate to organizational effectiveness.Error management climate is focused on error mastery, error anticipation and error strain.168 subjects in 50 companies participated in the questionnaire survey. The results revealed that the correlations between error mastery, error strain, and organizational effectiveness were significant, while error strain is negatively related to organizational effectiveness, and error anticipation was only weakly and not significantly correlated to organizational effectiveness. The practical and theoretical implications of error management climate were discussed.
