On the Theory and Practice of the Second Leap of Rural Reform and Development in China

Abstract:
Based upon the scintific thoughts of agricultral modernization and rural development and reform by Deng Xiaoping, the author inspects and analyzes the problems that exist in the process of developing rural collective economy, stting up rural cooperative economic organization, implementiong management on proper scale and propelling the development of agricuctral industrialization and other aspects. Meanwhile, specific measures to solve these problems are suggested.
