The Development of Legal Sociology in China

Legal sociology in the past twenty years has made rapid progress in China. Beginning with a study of the historical background of China's Legal sociology, this paper examines the ways in which Chinese research workers introduce foreign theories on legal sociology and establish new vernacular theoretical systems. The author also makes some suggestions on the new growth of this subject and it's main research domain.
