Abstract:
Ji Kang left behind only 60 poems, 3 verses, 9 theses, 2 letters and 1 family memo. Of all his works, the theses on health and music are the most important, picturing a spiritual utopia and a beautiful musical world. His heath theory and aesthetic ideals center on natural harmony, representing a sharp contrast against the moral hypocrisy of his time.
