Growth of Small Enterprises and Cultivation of the Milieu for Innovation
|
Abstract:
Insufficient innovation is the crux of Chinese small enterprises, which are hardly able to meet the challenge of developing high-tech industry and economic internationalization.Institutional and cultural changes, beyond improving the environment for competition in the market, will be another prerequisite for small enterprises to effectively decrease their cost of innovation and increase their demand and supply for innovation, which should therefore become the key point of government policy concerning small enterprises.
