So it is vital to transform traditional agriculture and promote rural industrialization. Thus, through a new stage of rural industrialization, we can find new ways to solve the problem of employment and realize both agricultural transformation and employment. We should make an appropriate adjustment of our values. Here it means we should unite “fill employment” with “increasing leisure”. We can fully absorb the reasonable ingredients of Eastern values and form such a kind of productive structure, model of demands and style of life that society, economy and humanity may develop together harmoniously.
