On the Functional Obstacles of the Constitution and the Removal
论宪法的功能障碍及其消解

Through some examples and cases, this thesis makes a discussion on the four basic functional obstacles in the Constitutionof the People's Republic of China, presents a deep analysis of the reasons of forming the obstacles from the intemal conditions and ex-temal social environment for constitutional government,and on this basis proposes the methods to remove these obstacles.
