Abstract:

世界各国经济的高速发展，均不可避免地走过了一条“先污染后治理”的道路。通过分析不同类型国家与地区经济与环境关系演替过程，寻求各国工业高速发展时期实现经济与环境协调发展的经验和教训，为中国目前可持续发展战略的贯彻实施提供理论依据。
