On Construction of Incentive and Constraining Mechanism of State-Owned-Enterprises

The perfection of governance structure within enterprises is closely related to the construction of incentive and constrainingmechanism. According to the practical problems of the governance structure within state-owned-enterprises, this article makes somesuggestions of using an incentive mechanism that takes risk return as the core and of improving internal and outside supervision.
