Division of Labour, Transaction Efficiency and the Development of Our Country''''s Medium-sized and Small Enterprises

Based on the theory of the division of labour, the article points out how to promote the development of medium-sized and small enterprises(MSSE).MSSE is the result of the division of labour. Because the division of labour is limited by the transaction efficiency, the article proposes that we should start from raising transaction efficiency to enhance the development of MSSE. To raise the transaction efficiency, one way is to make transaction institution advanced and to build up law-based transaction regulation, the other is to establish a network of division and cooperation between enterprises.
