Application of electrophoretic analysis on detecting the predation of Pardosa astrigera to Plutella maculipennis Curtis

Abstract:
本研究应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对星豹蛛雌雄蛛(Pardosa astrigera)捕食猎物小菜蛾(Plutella ma-culipennis Curtis)前后酯酶同工酶的变化进行了电泳分析。结果表明,在星豹蛛体内可以检测到被捕食猎物的特有酯酶同工酶酶带,且雌蛛最佳检测时间为捕食后3～6h,雄蛛为6～9h,猎物在星豹蛛雌蛛体内的消化时间短于雄
