Ecoenvironmental problems in Junggar Basin mainly are the water resource shortage and secondary silinization of soil.To harness the Junggar Basin in accordance with their special ecoenvironmental problems,some development coun-termeasures are given such as carrying out the irrigation under film,protecting and cultivating the desert vegetation,preventing the desert intrude towards the South,governing and developing the Basin reasonably.
