Evaluation of water resources and countermeasures to the shortage of agricultural water in Jizhou City

The utilization states and problems of water resources i n Jizhou City are discussed in this paper,and several countermeasures are put fo rward to solve the problems such as saving water technologies,using slightly sal t water and intensifying field management.
