The periodic characteristic of wind speed above and within a maize canopy
玉米冠层内外风速变化周期特征的研究

In this paper, the variabilities of wind speed within an d above maize canopy have been analyzed by using Morlet continuous wavelet trans form. The main results show that the continuous wavelet analysis provides a conc ise and compact information in the scale-time domain,it reveals the 1d and 18d period components of the data. Averaged wavelet spectra over time and scales giv e the temporal variability and the energy distributions with different periodic components of the data .
