Effect of different agricultural management systems on soil nematode community and structure
|
Abstract:
The aim of the study was to determine the effects of different agricultural management systems on soil nematode community and structure. Results indicate that solar greenhouses are dominated by bacterivores nematode Rhabditis ; conventional farmlands are dominated by both bacterivores nematode Rhabditis and herbivores nematode, ltelicotylenchus;and fallow lands are dominated by herbivores nematodes Helicotylenchus, Rotylenchus and Filenchus. Nematode community diversity, richness, EMI, EI and SI show that solar greenhouses are the most disturbed system, while fallow lands are stable and conventional farmlands play in-between. PPI/MI, WI,BI and CI show that solar greenhouses are enriched systems, then fallow lands, and finally conventional farmlands, the most infertile systems.
