Combination extracting main functional protein such as thrombin and immunoglobulin from pig plasma

Abstract:
An effective method of extracting functionality proteins such as albumin,immunoglobulin,fibrinogen and thrombin from pig plasma was introduced in this article.Fibrinogen was extracted with the freeze-thawing method and thrombin from supernatant by absorbing test,and then was salted out to distill albumin and immunoglobulin.In 1L pig plasma,about 31.41g albumin and 13.86g immunoglobulin and 0.22g thrombin and 2.67g fibrinogen have been extracted.The specific activity of thrombin is 38.5U/mg.
