This paper evaluates the alligator resource according to the values on economy,ecology and scientific research.From the analysis of the number of alli gators in the wild and breeding,the current situation and problems existed in th e exploition and utilization of alligators are examied.The developmental counter measures on the resource exploition and utilization of Alligator sinensis are al so put forward.
