Abstract:

为了更好地开展海峡两岸科技的交流和合作，介绍了台湾期刊的发展情况，以《水土保持研究》与台湾合作10年来的进展情况为例，分析了两岸科技期刊合作的可能性与必要性，提出了合作的具体内容，指出只有合作才能取得双赢，才能相互促进，才能尽快达到统一。
