概述了网络出版给传统科技期刊带来的深刻影响，分析了传统出版物与网络出版各自的利弊，针对当前我国科技期刊上网的现状，提出传统科技期刊与网络出版互动与嫁接模式的设想，认为此不失为科技期刊在网络时代发展的主要趋势之一。
