Abstract:

简要分析了国际OA期刊及其数据库的发展,并对其数量增长情况进行统计分析。在对国外几种主要引文索引数据库统计分析和参考国内相关数据库的基础上,分析了国际科技期刊价格增长的情况,并据此对2009年科技期刊的价格进行了预测。
