STUDY ON MORPHOGENESIS OF STUDY ON MORPHOGENESIS OF MULTI-TISSUE AND ORGANS IN THE TCL OF TOBACCO EPIDERMIS
烟草表皮细胞薄层培养系统中多种组织器官发生的研究

Morphogenesis of epidermal hair and stoma was observed through establishing the Thin Cell Layer (TCL) culture system of tobacco epidermis. It was found that uneven and slant cell division was related to redifferentiation of dedifferentiated cells.And formation of stoma in calli from TCL showed the characteristics of adaption to enviroment while the cells redifferentiated. Besides,adventitious roots had been induced to regenerate successively. And floral bud differentiation was accomplished in TCL cultureof tobacco floral stems.
