PHYSIOLOGICAL AND BIOCHEMICAL ANALYSIS OF CULTURED FRITILLARIA PUQIENSIS DURING BULB ORGANOGENESIS
蒲圻贝母组织培养鳞茎形成过程中生理生化变化研究

Plant tissue culture methods of Fritillaria puqiensis were established.Various combinations of phytohormones were tested in the cultured F.puqiensis,and the best culture condition was re- vealed.In addition,soluble sugar,starch,amylase activity,phenylalanine ammonia lyase( PAL) activity and alkaloid content during bulb organogenesis of F.puqiensis were also determined.
