Self-incompatibility in Dendranthema morifolium
菊花自交不亲和性初步研究

The self-incompatibility in Dendranthema morifolium was studied by compatible index,fertilization and fluoroscope observation methods.The results showed that self-cross of D.morifolium was incompatible and difficult to obtain seeds.The self-incompatibility in D.morifolium had low pollen adhesion,low pollen germination and induced calloses dopositing on the stigma,the pollen tubes grew abnormally and hand to penetrate into the stigma.
