THE ANATOMICAL STUDY ON THREE SPECIES OF DYSOSMA IN HUBEI PROVINCE
湖北产八角莲属3种植物的解剖学研究

The anatomical structure of three species of Dysosma in Hubei Province has been reported in this paper.The character of stem was found to be something different from that of dicotyledonous.There are 8-22 collateral bundles of various size around the cortex as well as 3-6 accessary bundles at the center of the pith.However,the structure of root,rootstock and leaf is analogous to that of the dicotyledon.These results are thought to be usefull to identify Dysosma especially when they are utilized as traditional Chinese medicines.
