Study on Transformation of Insecticidal Bacillus thuringiensis cryIAc Gene in Pepper
苏云金杆菌抗虫基因cryI Ac 转化辣椒的研究

The insecticidal Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) cryIAc gene was used to transform the cotyledon explants of pepper via Agrobacterium transformation.Through stringent selection of kanamycin,analysis of the expression of GUS in the plants by histochemical method,molecular biological assays with PCR and Southern dot hybridization,it is confirmed that the cryIAc gene was integrated into the genome of pepper.
