Purification and Catalytic Property of Glycolate Oxidase from Green Leaves of Brassica parachinensis

Abstract:
Glycolate oxidase was purified from green leaves of Brassica Parachinensis which showed only a 42 kD band in the SDS-PAGE. The glycolate oxidase could catalyze oxidation of glycolate and glyoxylate simultanously.
