Advances in the Studies on the Mechanism of Plant Organogenosis in Vitro
植物离体培养中器官发生调控机制的研究进展

Plant organogenesis in vitro is an important research topic both for the practice of biotechnology and the theory of plant development. In this paper, the research advances on plant organogenesis mechanism, including the aspects on the absorbtion and metabolism of plant growth regulator in cultured plant tissue, the effect of exogenous plant growth regulator on endogenous hormone, role of endogenous hormone on cell dedifferentiation and redifferentiation, function of the genes related to auxin and cytokinin synthesis on organogenesis,genes and proteins associated with organogenesis,were reviewed. The further research was also discussed.
