The Application of the Structure of Leaf Epidermis in theClassiffication of Ulmus

Abstract:
The leaf epidermis of 9 species and 1 variety in Ulmus L. has been observed by scanning electronic microscope. The difference of the structure of leaf epidermis in Ulmus L. is significant and is useful for the classiffication of U1mus L. The main differences include the morphology of leaf epidermis cell, the type of hair and the structure of stomata.
