Application of Cell-cultured Technique in Researches on Plant Adaptation to Stresses

In this paper, we reviewed the recent results on the adaptation of plant cells to stresses and the application of the theories of plant stress adaptation using cultured plant cells within latest 10 years. Many researches had proved that cell-cultured technique was greatly useful for the study of plant adaptation to external stresses, which might bright a splendid prospect of application in the future. It is expected that this paper will be a reference for the researches on plant adaptation to stresses at the cellular level.
