Approximately 963 seed plant species, classified into 59 families and 303 genera, are in the Pamirs region of China. Gymnosperm have 3 families,3 genera and 12 species and dominant Angiosperm have 56 families,300 genera and 951 species. One-species and Minor-species of family are predominantly. There are 4 families with more than 50 species .The ratios of gerera and species to pamirs region are about 40.26% and 46.21% in 4 families, so phenomenon of the flora is obviously. Single-species or species-poor genera are more, so composition of the flora is complex. Based on the analysis of genera , the temperate composition, mainly including north temperate, is dominant; Old World Temperate, Mediterranean, Western Asia and Middle Asia Composition are very important; tropical composition occopies only a small percentage.
