Research Progress on Chinese Cabbage Biotechnology
大白菜生物技术研究进展

The research of microspore culture, genetic transformation and molecular markers in Chinese cabbage (Brassica rapa L. ssp. pekinensis) is reviewed. The emphases are on embryogenesis rate, culture condition, plantlet regeneration, haploid detection in microspore culture and choice of transgenic vector, establishment of efficient shoot regeneration system, transformation of exogenous genes and identification of transgenic Chinese cabbages.
